• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

• Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order

• The product must be in resalable condition

Please note: For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used perfumes.

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

• You received a damaged or defective product

• You received the wrong item

To request an exchange:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

If your order arrives damaged:

• Please report it within 24 hours

• Include photos of the product and packaging

We will replace the item at no additional cost.

• Opened or used perfumes

• Products without original packaging

• Items purchased during final sale or promotions (if stated)

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the issue is due to our error (wrong or damaged item)

• Original shipping fees are non refundable.
